We are here to help you and your family stop the problem before it begins. There are ways you can refuse to be involved with CPS/DCF from the beginning. Do not sign anything until you speak to a vetted child advocate or approved lawyer.

Facts:

CPS/DCF are non-government entities that contract with the federal government to extract dollars from taking children.These are Title IV-E federal funds that originate from The Social Security Act.

CPS/DCF work with police departments to seize your children. This is an intimidation tactic. Social workers lie to the police as they have quotas to bring in more children. If they do not bring in more children each year they lose their federal funding.

Unless they have an actual warrant showing probable cause signed by a judge, they do not have the legal right to engage with you.

These dollars fund courts, lawyers, judges, CPS/DCF, supervised visit professionals and list goes on. It was a created industry. A cottage industry.

As an American you are covered under constitutional protections. As soon as you enter family court these protections are gone. No transparency, no due process, no constitutional protections. Once the government has seized your child it is almost impossible to bring them home until the government has extracted as much money as they possibly can from them.

What we are not:

We are not a sovereign citizen group. As soon as a FAKE ADVOCATE tells you to change your birth certificate, go Pro Se to court and say “Judge, you cannot use my name in this courtroom” understand this could get you arrested, and have your children taken as these FAKE ADVOCATES, are contracted out by CPS/DCF to take your children, seize your property and steal everything you own.
